I’m a Design Systems Lead, educator, and co-host of Into Design Systems.
I’ve been working in design for over 13 years, and since 2018 I’ve focused on helping teams build and adopt design systems that are clear, scalable, and genuinely useful.

These days, I split my time between leading systems work, teaching Design Systems at Memorisely (Supafast!), and helping organise IDS behind the scenes.

My passion lies in the community-building, education, and business side of design systems; how we bring people in, keep things practical, and build a shared sense of ownership.When I’m not thinking about systems (rare occasion), I’m usually overthinking which roll of film to shoot or trying to stay upright at five-a-side ⚽️

I'm a freelance Design Systems Lead with a Design Tokens obsession and a recovering Design Team of One. As a part of the Tokens Studio team, I spend most of my time unblocking folks so they can scale their systems, but I'm also a public speaker, host of Into Design Systems, and an educational content creator.

I'm really into street art and house music.  I could talk about DJing and speaker technology for almost as long as I can talk about Design Tokens.

I am a design system specialist working on Stripes internal design systems. I am also an illustrator and DJ when I’m not obsessing about tokens and all things design systems.

She is the creator of The Design System Guide and The Design Strategy Guide, where she shares useful resources for setting up a design system and ensuring that products boost growth and user engagement.
