Marta Conde is a Senior Design System at SoSafe, a Design System consultant and a Teacher. Originally from Mallorca, she has been based in Madrid for the past 7 years, where she has contributed to some design systems, focusing on collaboration between design and code, on creating scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions for global teams She teaches design tokens and naming conventi at various design schools, helping designers understand the importance of these building blocks.
She also organizes several design events annually to raise awareness about the importance of design systems and to foster community collaboration. Outside of her professional work, Marta is passionate about running, traveling, and enjoying fine food.
